The purpose of this offsite is to meet the Spire team in person. Also, this is an opportunity to work together for testnet. The company covers flights, accommodations, and food.

The schedule is not fixed and is more spontaneous. I think a good balance for now is 50% coworking, 25% events, and 25% free time. Also, feel free to arrive late or leave early according to your schedule.
